About LRG Hub
LRG Hub (“the Hub”) is the internal team operations platform operated by Luvene Realty Group (“LRG,” “we,” “us”). It is available only to authorized LRG agents and staff. This policy explains the information the Hub handles, with special attention to our optional Google Calendar integration.
Information we handle
Account access is provisioned by LRG administrators. To sign in, the Hub uses your work email and a password you set. Inside the Hub, your authorized role determines which internal records you can view or edit — for example team schedules, onboarding checklists, training progress, marketing workflows, and transaction records. This is internal business data used solely to operate the brokerage and support your work.
Google Calendar integration
The Hub offers an optional Google Calendar connection on your Personal Calendar page. Connecting is voluntary. You choose to connect your own Google account; LRG never connects it for you and never requests access without your explicit consent through Google’s authorization screen.
What you authorize
When you connect, you grant the Hub access through the Google Calendar API to the following scopes:
calendar.events— read events from, and create or update events on, the primary calendar linked to your Google account.userinfo.emailanduserinfo.profile— identify the connected Google account so the Hub can label the connection.
What Google Calendar data the Hub accesses
For events on your primary calendar, the Hub reads the event title, location, description, start and end time, all-day status, and last-updated timestamp. The Hub accesses only calendar event data through the Google Calendar API. It does not access your email, contacts, files, or any other Google services.
How the data is used
The data is used only to synchronize calendars between Google and the Hub:
- Google → Hub: events on your connected Google calendar are imported into your Hub Personal Calendar so you can see them alongside company and team events. Imported Google events are read-only inside the Hub.
- Hub → Google: when you create or update a personal event in the Hub, the Hub pushes that event to your connected Google calendar so the two stay in sync.
- Deletions are not propagated. Deleting an event in the Hub does not delete it from Google, and deleting it in Google does not delete the Hub copy. Each calendar is an independent record.
The sync window covers roughly the past 30 days through the next 180 days of events. Synchronization runs when you trigger it from the Personal Calendar page and when a Hub-created event is saved.
How the data is stored
Imported Google events are stored in the Hub’s internal database under your user account, scoped to you, and protected by row-level security so only you can see your personal calendar. The connection itself is maintained through Lovable App User Connectors: your Google credentials are never stored in the Hub browser or database. The Hub stores only an encrypted connection reference used to call the Google Calendar API on your behalf, plus the connected account’s email address for labeling.
Limited use & no advertising
Google Calendar data is used only to provide calendar synchronization. LRG does not sell your Google data, does not share it with advertising networks, and does not use it for advertising purposes. We do not use Google data to train any model. Our use of Google Calendar data complies with the Google API Services User Data Policy, including the Limited Use requirements.
Disconnecting your Google account
You can disconnect at any time from the Personal Calendar page. Disconnecting revokes the Hub’s access to your Google account, removes the stored connection reference, and deletes the Google-sourced events that were imported into your Hub Personal Calendar. Hub-created personal events remain in the Hub. After disconnecting, no further data is pulled from or pushed to Google.
Data retention & security
Account and internal business data are retained for as long as your LRG account is active and as needed to operate the brokerage. Google Calendar connection data is retained only while your connection is active and is removed when you disconnect. Access to internal records is enforced server-side by role and row-level security.
Your choices
You may connect or disconnect Google Calendar at any time. You may request review of your internal records, or report a concern, by contacting your LRG administrator.
Changes to this policy
We may update this policy as the Hub evolves. Material changes to how Google Calendar data is handled will be reflected here with an updated date.
