Terms of Service

These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your use of LRG Hub (“the Hub”), the internal team operations platform operated by Luvene Realty Group (“LRG,” “we,” “us”). By signing in to or using the Hub, you agree to these Terms.

The Hub is a private internal system. Access is limited to authorized Luvene Realty Group agents and staff. Accounts are created and managed by LRG administrators. You may not create an account on your own, and you may not share your credentials or allow anyone else to use your account.

You are responsible for keeping your password secure and for all activity under your account. You agree to use the Hub only for legitimate LRG business, to enter accurate information, and to respect the confidentiality of the internal records you can access. You may not attempt to access data or features beyond what your assigned role permits, or interfere with the operation of the Hub.

You agree not to:

• Use the Hub to conduct any activity unrelated to LRG business.
• Misrepresent information, falsify records, or use another person’s identity without authorization.
• Attempt to bypass access controls, export bulk internal data, or introduce harmful code.
• Republish internal records, member data, or client information outside the Hub except as your role and LRG policy allow.

Some features, such as Google Calendar sync, are optional and require you to connect your own third-party account. When you connect a third-party service, you do so under that provider’s terms as well as these Terms. You may disconnect at any time. See our Privacy Policy for how connected data is handled.

The Hub, its design, and the internal records you enter remain the property of Luvene Realty Group. You grant LRG the right to use the information you provide within the Hub to operate the brokerage and provide the Hub’s features.

The Hub is provided as an internal business tool. We strive to keep it available and accurate, but we do not guarantee uninterrupted access and may modify, suspend, or discontinue features as business needs change.

LRG administrators may suspend or revoke access at any time — for example when your role changes, your employment ends, or these Terms are violated. When access ends, your account is deactivated and internal records are handled according to LRG policy.

We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the Hub after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
